- Special Enrol – Employees can clock using their same pin no. and then present their hand in between the bottom of the keypad and hand platen. Please call us about getting this set up.
- Regular Cleaning of keypad & case recommended using antibacterial wipes.
- Enrol with PPE gloves on (thin gloves only)

- Use Fobs – These terminals have a Sirrom Proximity reader built in most cases (if you need fobs/card please call us).#
- If you already have a keyfob or card and use this for Access Control (We can adapt the terminal to use the same card in most cases)
- Regular Cleaning of recommended case using antibacterial wipes
Kelio Biometric Finger Recognition X7 & X4 Terminals & Biometric Access Control Readers. Suggestions :
- Use Fobs – These terminals have a Bodet Proximity reader built in most cases (if you need fobs/card please call us).#
- Use Proximity Key fob or Card with face verification – Terminal takes a picture of employee face when they clock in or can be setup in randomiser mode i.e one in many. (We can turn this on if you have X7 terminals)
- If you already have a keyfob or card and use this for Access Control (We can adapt the terminal to use the same card)
- Regular Cleaning of recommended case using antibacterial wipes (if self service is essential)
