PROJECT BACKGROUND
Moran’s Wood Components Ltd produces wooden boxes and custom-made, wooden products of all shapes and sizes. A British manufacturing success story which is building on over 45+ years of experience, commitment and energy to deliver high-quality, bespoke wooden products. Specialising in developing and making products for the hospitality industry, alongside point-of-sale products and luxury packaging for the drinks industry and other markets.
PROBLEM AND REQUIREMENTS
Moran’s Wood Components Ltd has been a loyal and valued customer since 2010. As a longstanding user of the Sirrom Time and Attendance System, they have consistently upgraded their system over the years to take advantage of improved and enhanced features. The client’s main aim has been to update the system whilst ensuring the system remains reliable, simple and easy to use.

SOLUTION
The Sirrom Time and Attendance System was upgraded to the latest version of Sirrom Time and Attendance software last year (mid 2024). By upgrading the customer benefited from the following; enhanced security, improved performance, access to new features and better user experience.
“The main benefits we’ve found with our new system is it is more stable – a lot more reliable and less hassle. The system itself is very simple, the team can easily see the system and not waste time. The system we had installed included a new clocking in terminal, with the old terminal relocated to a new area to facilitate bell ringing. Our needs as a business were met, we wanted to keep it simple and functional, the helpdesk team have been on hand every step of the way.”
