‘When we first started looking for a system we needed something that was going to track timesheets while allowing manual alterations during a weekly cycle, and at the end of each cycle. Furthermore, various “reports” that needed to be exported to other formats.
During the initial setup of the system we had; in-person direct support, with the technician answering any questions on site. Follow up support was enabled via email communications, this was utilised a handful of times to great success.
After using the system for a few years, we can confidently say that all expectations and requirements of the system have been met. The process was straight forward, invoicing was prompt and, communications were swift. Prior to any installation work the technician co-operated with our IT department to ensure that everything would go smoothly.
Aside from meeting expectations, we’ve found the system to be a much cleaner and simpler way to manage timesheets. In addition to this, we’ve found an unintended use of being able to manage details of past & present staff members more effectively.
The system has drastically expedited and streamlined our process for running payroll, and enabled easily accessible storage of past employees. We got in contact with Auto Time Systems as the business was looking for a way to modernise our timesheets, as well as simplify the process for the finance team when completing weekly payroll.
