About the company…

Hotter was set up in 1959 in Lancashire and have been designed and making footwear ever since. They diversified their roots – slipper production – in the early 1990’s when they had a ‘eureka moment’ – identifying a niche in the market for stylish shoes with comfort built-in. Hotter have been using our Kelio Professional SaaS (Software as a Service) System since 2017, gradually expanded the system over the years to accommodate their growing workforce. Auto Time Systems Kelio has recently replaced an existing time and attendance system for our Company. Simon can I take a moment to say that whenever we have had any issues or needed help you have always given great support. With regards to the job we had booked in can I say what great guys you have working for you and what a fabulous job they have done sorting the two doors out. They did a really good job with regards to moving a whole door unit and fitting the maglock to a new door we have had fitted. Even when I gave them the wrong door to start with and they had started to connect they were not fazed and fitted this to the new location a few feet away. I work with external users every week and most don’t have a good work ethos. I know people are all too eager to complain but not to praise. Please thank them from IT for a fabulous job and they went the extra mile to make sure all was working.
