It is always hard to make the leap to a new system but also going into to business with someone new. Expectations are always high and the pressure to get it right from day one is immense. Auto Time Systems have proven to have the same values as our business and customer satisfaction is paramount. Simon can I take a moment to say that whenever we have had any issues or needed help you have always given great support. With regards to the job we had booked in can I say what great guys you have working for you and what a fabulous job they have done sorting the two doors out. They did a really good job with regards to moving a whole door unit and fitting the maglock to a new door we have had fitted. Even when I gave them the wrong door to start with and they had started to connect they were not fazed and fitted this to the new location a few feet away. I work with external users every week and most don’t have a good work ethos. I know people are all too eager to complain but not to praise. Please thank them from IT for a fabulous job and they went the extra mile to make sure all was working.
