Dear Auto Time Systems Customers,
We are still operating during the new period of national restrictions from Thursday 5th November until Wednesday 2nd December 2020.
Looking after our customers and keeping everyone safe during the coronavirus pandemic is our top priority.
We are working in line with our COVID 19 Action Plan to ensure that our mobile and office based team members can work safely and offer the safest approach to looking after our existing and new customers. This obviously means we are having to adjust our services and practices as needed.
As the majority of our office staff are working from home during this period please see below for the most efficient contact methods:-
We have a mix of day staff and shift employees. The software was able to be customized to our environment, making tracking and reporting of attendance effortless. It is always hard to make the leap to a new system but also going into to business with someone new. Expectations are always high and the pressure to get it right from day one is immense. Auto Time Systems have proven to have the same values as our business and customer satisfaction is paramount. Simon can I take a moment to say that whenever we have had any issues or needed help you have always given great support.
With regards to the job we had booked in can I say what great guys you have working for you and what a fabulous job they have done sorting the two doors out.
They did a really good job with regards to moving a whole door unit and fitting the maglock to a new door we have had fitted.
Even when I gave them the wrong door to start with and they had started to connect they were not fazed and fitted this to the new location a few feet away.
I work with external users every week and most don’t have a good work ethos. I know people are all too eager to complain but not to praise.
Please thank them from IT for a fabulous job and they went the extra mile to make sure all was working.
