Human Resources

The Sirrom Human Resource module features all you ever need to keep track on your employee company wellbeing.  Our system allows you to create a database of easy reference employee data on essential information such as, contact & personnel information, details on training, qualification, appraisal, disciplinary, CRB check, back to work interviews, Bradford Factor etc.

Our HR software features an alerting module within the agenda screen to notify HR Managers of any employee expiry dates on key HR fields.  Alternatively an automatic email of these can easily be setup if you prefer and sent to your inbox, so the appropriate action can be taken.  The Bradford Factor and European Working Time Directives management tools are also included within the software for easily analysis.

Web based Self Service Module

Sirrom web based self service module (complete web based intranet module) is a web based application which complements the Sirrom Time and Attendance Software. This web based application can be accessed through a web browser (eg IE / Safari etc) from your smart phone, desk PC, laptop, iphone, ipad etc.

Self Service Module at a glance :

This module allows an employee any of the 4 options :

1 Make an absence request.

2 See personal results such as hours worked, clocking times. totals/overtime worked etc.

3 Declare clockings to their Manager for eg. out of hours working, off site meetings etc.

4 Clock in & out.

This module allows a manager

1 To look at his group of employees, and see any of their time and attendance information

2 Look at his own personnel information & results (provide him with the same functionality as the employee)

The Sirrom Personnel Information Portal has many advantages in today’s business environment:

To the Employee  :

Employees can through your company network via an internet browser login view in a ‘read only’  format  personal information about their bookings (clocking’s).  Therefore enabling them to check if they have clocked in properly,  see how many holidays they have taken or got left without them having to contact the HR department.
Absences &  Holiday requests can also be made online to their supervisor or manager.  Once this request has been authorized, an email is automatically created by Sirrom and sent back to the employee saying whether it’s been accepted or declined.

To the Supervisor / Manager  :

They can view their employee’s attendance through the Intranet module, and have the option to authorise (or decline) bookings and time-off requests. Should request be accepted it is then automatically booked into the absence & holiday planner within the software and an automatic email is then created and sent back to the requester for notification.

To the HR department :

When an employee is logged into the intranet module and clicks on the following tabs displayed at the top of their computer screen :

Personnel Result Module tab :

Employees within  personnel results can click on this tab to view their own clocking's, absence balances and anomilies (EG. forgotten clocking's etc).

Absence Request Module how it works : The Employee role

Employees can make Absence Requests through any computer or smart phone via a web brower (IE etc), once the request is made an email is automatically generated and sent to the appropiate person (The Manager role) for validation / authorisation. It is then the Managers role to complete the authorisation procedure i.e accept or refuse the absence. They can also check that there are not too many members of staff off before making a decision.

When a absence request is made a number of checks that can be made through the intranet module - Does the employee have enough entitlement, is there sufficient workforce in work to allow this absence to be taken?

Access Control

Kelio Security Access Control, is the perfect add on to your Kelio time and attendance software should you wish to control and secure, access to your building doors.  Kelio Access is easy to deploy as all your employee information is already in your time and attendance systems. All you need to do is allocate your employees to a door access control pattern. In other words what doors a person/group/department can gain access through.

These are listed in the software, once you've selected the relevant doors for access, and a access description such as eg all door all hours (you can also if neccessary add a timezone to say what times these employees can gain access should you want to) a pattern then is simply created. You then simply allocate a person to the appropriate access pattern.

The Bodet Solution allows you also to combine time and attendance with access control, so if you change a persons shift pattern from e.g day shift to night shift the access pattern is automatically changed, and therefore increases your security levels.
