Kelio Premium + : Time management tailored to your SME

A system tailored to SME’s

Kelio Premium is especially conceived to SME(1). It is the result of the experience of 18 000 systems installed in Europe. Its concentration of functionalities makes KELIO an indispensable tool to manage overtime hours, absences, etc. There is a whole range available for your needs : time management, access control, client/server module, payroll interface and more. The capacity of KELIO can be adapted to suit your company : 25, 50, 100, 150, employees. Kelio Premium can be expanded to Kelio Expert.

Clocking terminal

KELIO Master may be connected either to a computer or to the IP(2) Network . An installation always includes a minimum of one Kelio master and up to 7 “KELIO terminals”, making 8 entry points. T50 attendance boards enable you to display in real time by means of red and green leds, the absent/present/business leave of employees.

The WINDOWS environment

KELIO can be installed on a stand-alone workstation running Windows 95/98/NT/Millennium/2000 Pro-XP. The network version is Client/Server. The server is a Windows/NT/2000/ Pro/XP/Vista computers with client workstations running Windows 95/98/Millennium/NT/2000/XP/Vista “The KELIO EXPERT spirit : changes your outlook on time management”

  Management of events can be viewed in real time. (clocking in and out, duties, etc).

  KELIO enables the management in graphic mode of annual absence planning (holidays, sick leave, training, etc). These can also be booked through the Kelio terminals or  Kelio intranet (webbased software) if the employee is authorised to do so
  
  

• Schedules :
  KELIO manages all types of timetables and work schedules and allows for both the individualisation of schedules and customised monitoring.
